Senegalese coach Abdoulaye Sarr has declared that his team was capable of beating hosts Egypt in one of the semi-finals matches of the 25th African Cup of Nations (CAN) tournament to be played in Cairo on Tuesday.
"I strongly believe the ability of my players to beat Egypt and reach the final," he said.
He added: "I'm aware that we'll have to face the pressure of a large public and we taken that into consideration. In addition, all my players are professionals and can cope with this kind of situation," he added.
Senegal's Lions of Teranga qualified for the semi-finals after beating Guinea 3-2 in Port-Said last Friday.
