Zambia can finally concentrate on Tuesday's opening African Nations cup game against Sudan after being reunited with their lost luggage.
In all, nine bags containing jerseys, boots, shin guards and personal items failed to survive the journey from Zambia last week, the kit eventually turning up days later.
Vincent de Paul, the team's liason officer, said Monday: "The bags eventually arrived on board a flight from London. They were found locked up in Paris."
Zambia are out to make a deeper impression on the competition than in their last four appearances which have ended in first round exits.
Supporters of the Chipolopolo (Copper Bullets) back home can feel hard done by as the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) have been unable to raise the necessary funds to buy the rights to the 2008 African Nations Cup.
The Cup's rights holders were asking a fee of 1.5 million US dollars with ZNBC able to come up with just 150,000 dollars.
That means a virtual television blackout on the team's fortunes in Ghana unless fans have access to satellite television.
