Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has insisted that he is not worried about coming face to face with Africa Nations Cup leading scorer Patrick Mboma in Sunday's quarter-final here.
Mboma has so far scored four goals at Tunisia 2004 and he is now only three goals away from the all-time record posted by Laurent Pokou of Ivory Coast at the 1968 and 1970 tournaments.
"It does not matter if it were Mboma or Eto'o or Micheal Owen or Ronaldo," said the 21-year-old goalkeeper who was a mainstay of Enyimba of Aba as they went all the way to win the CAF Champions League in December.
"What I see is not Mboma but a striker who wants to score against me and my job is to make sure he does not."
Nigeria coach Christian Chukwu also told AFP that the credentials of the Indomitable Lions do not intimidate him or his team.
"We are positive," he said. "Cameroon don't wear masks, they are like any other team. And we must see them as such.
"It will be a difficult game against the defending champions no doubt but as long as we keep mistakes out of our game, we will be playing in the semi-final."
Nigeria have won only once in five Nations Cup finals encounters against the champions, who are aiming for an unprecendented fifth continental Cup crown.
