Ahead of their crucial quarterfinal cracker Saturday, Tunisian defender Karim Haggui has expressed the hope that the Cartage Eagles have "learnt their lessons" after losing 0-3 to Guinea in their last group match at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt.
"We have to put the defeat by Guinea behind us," striker Zied Jaziri, also said.
The Troyes, (France League 1) player, said the African defending champions were not afraid of facing any opponent.
"The Tunisian team is determined to have a successful African campaign to prove their continental supremacy," Jaziri boasted.
The Nigerian Super Eagles meanwhile, see the quarterfinal tie as an opportunity to avenge the defeat they suffered at the hands of Tunisia in the semi-final of the 2004 Nations Cup, which the North Africans hosted and won.
